Set Up Your MobileEBT.com Account

Please use the following instructions to set up your MobileEBT.com account:

 

Step 1: Locate your welcome email from MobileEBT

  • The subject of the email will be 'Mobile Market+ - Account Creation...'.
  • Open this email.

Step 2: "Click Here to Complete Account Setup"

  • In the body of the email, you will see a link that says 'Click Here to Complete Account Setup'
  • Click this link and you will be redirected to www.mobileebt.com.
  • You will be asked to create and confirm a password that is 8 characters, or more, as well as create a security question. THIS PASSWORD CANNOT CONTAIN ANY SYMBOLS.

Step 3: 'Submit' 

  • After entering your new password and security question, you will click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.
  • At this point, you have successfully set up your MobileEBT.com account! Login to your account now to view your account details and information. 

 

NOTE*

  • The Username starting with "wp" followed by 6 digits is your assigned Username. You can login to mobileebt.com using your email address, OR your assigned Username, but you can ONLY activate the app with the assigned Username- NOT THE EMAIL ADDRESS. 

 

 

  • If you cannot locate the welcome email, you will not be able to setup the MM+ Select app on your device. Please contact support at 1-888-377-7884, or email us at support@novodiagroup.com and we will resend you the email at your request.
