There may be times when you need to Re-Install the MM+ Select app.

The process can also be used as a troubleshooting step for app-related issues.

Use the following steps to Re-Install the MM+ Select app on your device:

  1. Login to the MM+ Select app on your mobile device
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Tap "Re-Install Device"
  4. Tap "Re-Install Only (data kept)"*
  5. Tap "Re-Install" to confirm your selection
  6. Input your username and password to reactivate your device

* Please note that "Full Erase and Re-Install" should ONLY be used when troubleshooting issues with the app. This command will erase all receipt, merchant, and transaction data.  The affected data will be unrecoverable.
