Search Filters

The Search Filters are:

  • From Date and To Date
  • Terminal
  • Transaction Type
  • Response

From Date and To Date

The "From Date" and "To Date" search filters are text fields accompanied by calendar buttons you can use to select a date range to include in your search.  Use these filters to find a detailed transaction history for any date(s) you specify.  The format to use for dates in the text fields is m/d/yyyy.  Note that this search filter will auto-populate yesterday and today's date, and that you must have a valid date in both fields before you can search your market's transaction history.

Terminal

The "Terminal" search filter is a list box you can use to select a device, or terminal, to include in your search.  Use this filter to find a detailed transaction history for any terminal you specify.  Leave this filter blank to search your market's transaction history for all terminals.

Transaction Type

The "Transaction Type" search filter is a list box you can use to select a type of transaction to include in your search. Use this filter to find a detailed transaction history for any transaction type you specify.  Leave this filter blank to search your market's transaction history for all transaction types.

Response

The "Response" search filter is a list box you can use to select a transaction resolution, or response, provided by the WorldPay server to include in your search.  Use this filter to find a detailed transaction history for any response type you specify.  Leave this filter blank to search your market's transaction history for all response types.

Create Your Report

After your search filters have been selected, click the "Search" button to search your market's transaction history.

After your market's transaction history search is complete, click the "Export to Excel" button to create a .csv file.  You can import this .csv file into Microsoft Excel and several other spreadsheet applications to create a transaction report for your market.
