Troubleshoot the Mobile Market+ Select App

If the Mobile Market+ Select app quits unexpectedly, is unresponsive, or will not open, follow these steps, testing your resolution after each step.

Restart the Mobile Market+ Select app

 Close the Mobile Market+ Select app and then reopen it.

Restart your device

Turn your device off and then back on.

Check for a Mobile Market+ Select app update

  1. Open the App Store and tap "Updates"
  2. If an update for the MM+ Select app is available in the "Available Updates" section, tap the "Update" button on the right
  3. If prompted, enter your Apple ID password
